1. Definitions
“We,” “Us,” “Our” means Seham Partners, a company registered in UAE, with its principal office at Meydan Grandstand, Meydan, Dubai.
“Affiliate” means an individual or business that joins our affiliate program by signing up through our official portal.
“Commission” means the commission rate you earn on sales generated via your unique affiliate links or promo codes.
“Sale” means a completed order from a new customer referred by you, paid in full, and not refunded (see Section 6).
“Lifetime Commission” means you earn commissions on that customer’s purchases for as long as they remain a paying customer, and your account remains active and in good standing.
2. Program Overview
We run an affiliate program where Affiliates earn commissions by referring customers to us.
Commissions are paid for the lifetime of each customer you refer, as long as:
The customer’s account remains active,
They continue to pay for products/services,
Your affiliate account is active and in good standing.
Commission rates, minimum payouts, and payment methods are stated in your affiliate dashboard.
3. Conditions for Commission
Commissions apply only if:
a) The referral clicks your unique affiliate link or uses your promo code;
b) The order is placed within the tracking period we set (e.g., 30–90 days after the first click);
c) The order is completed and paid;
d) The order is not later canceled, refunded, or charged back.
We reserve the right to adjust commissions for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or abuse, as detailed in our affiliate dashboard.
4. Lifetime Commission Rules
Once a new customer is successfully attributed to you, you earn commissions on all future purchases they make using the same account, as long as:
They remain a paying customer;
Your affiliate account is active and compliant with these Terms.
If a customer changes brand/plan within your product line, commissions continue on the new plan (at the applicable rate).
If a customer upgrades, downgrades, or adds products, you earn commissions on those changes as long as the referral chain remains valid.
5. Affiliation Duration
Your affiliate account is active until:
You close it; or
We suspend or terminate it for breach of these Terms.
If you close or lose your account, future commissions stop from that point.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms (e.g., fraud, spam, prohibited methods) without notice.
6. Refunds and Chargebacks
If a customer’s order is fully refunded or charged back, any commission paid on that order will be deducted from your account.
If a partial refund is issued, the commission is adjusted proportionally.
Lifetime commissions are not paid on orders that are later refunded in full; they resume only on future, non-refunded orders.
7. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
a) Use spam, fake ads, bots, or any automated traffic;
b) Promote in ways that violate privacy, spam laws, or platform rules (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram policies);
c) Place links on domains that are offensive, illegal, or contain malware;
d) Use our name, logo, or trademarks in a way that suggests an official relationship not authorized by us;
e) Create fake or misleading promotions (e.g., fake time limits, false “owner” claims).
We may suspend or terminate accounts for such activities.
8. Payouts and Payment
Commissions are calculated and tracked in our system; your dashboard is the official record.
Payouts are issued monthly/quarterly when you reach the minimum payout threshold (e.g., $50 or €50).
Payments are made via the method we specify (e.g., bank transfer, cash, crypto); fees may apply.
If you do not meet the minimum payout in a period, the balance rolls over until the threshold is reached.
9. Intellectual Property
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our affiliate links, logos, and marketing materials provided in the portal.
You must not modify our logos or use them in a way that harms our brand.
All rights not expressly granted remain with us.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
We will notify you of material changes (for example, via email or in your dashboard).
Continued use of the program after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. General
These Terms govern your participation in the affiliate program and are separate from any other agreements with us.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains valid.
These Terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates.
